- Project Usage: This integrated media is utilized exclusively to help you select and insert visual assets into your projects, such as enriching your Notebooks or designing customized questions and layouts for creating exams as creators. We do not store or access unrelated files outside of your explicit selections.

3. Account Tiers and Data Relationships
Examinest supports collaborative workflows across different tiers:
Business and Ultimate Accounts
Have administrative control and the unique ability to link, manage, and assign tasks to Associated Accounts (Free and Premium users serving as creators or assistants).
Associated Accounts (Free/Premium)
Work under the supervision of Business or Ultimate accounts. Data created within these collaborative projects may be shared with or governed by the parent Business/Ultimate organization managing the project.
4. Acceptable Use of Calendar and Task Management Features
The Examinest Calendar and internal scheduling tools are provided strictly for organizing educational and collaborative workflows directly tied to the platform.
Prohibition of CRM Use: The Examinest calendar is not authorized to be used as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, external client database, sales pipeline tracker, or for storing general commercial marketing and non-platform related business contacts.
Exclusive Platform Purpose: Calendar entries, reminders, and notes are restricted exclusively to managing Examinest-associated work, exam creation schedules, project timelines, and internal platform tasks between Business/Ultimate accounts and their associated creators.
We reserve the right to monitor compliance with this limitation and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that misuse platform storage and scheduling tools for unauthorized CRM or external business tracking activities.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Examinest platform and its features (Exam Maker, Notebook, Library, Calendar).
- Manage user accounts, authentication, and secure password access.
- Connect with external cloud services (Google Drive and Dropbox) to safely fetch and embed media files into your projects.
- Facilitate B2B and B2C workflows, collaboration, and organizational linking between accounts.
- Empower students and professionals to gain valuable experience, build portfolios, and connect with organizations and schools.
- Process and track exam creation, test results, and educational progress.
- Ensure platform features are used strictly for their intended scope (such as keeping calendar and task tracking restricted to internal Examinest projects).

- Within Organizations (B2B/Associated Roles): If you are an Associated account user (Free/Premium), your work, exam creation data, and calendar schedules may be accessible to the Business or Ultimate account holder managing your association.
- Service Providers & Third-Party APIs: With third-party vendors, hosting services, and platform connectors (including Google Drive and Dropbox APIs used strictly per your direct authorization). We do not sell your cloud media files or personal data to third parties.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Examinest, our users, or others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
