Associated Accounts (Free/Premium)
Work under the supervision of Business or Ultimate accounts. Data created within these collaborative projects may be shared with or governed by the parent Business/Ultimate organization managing the project.
4. Acceptable Use of Calendar and Task Management Features
The Examinest Calendar and internal scheduling tools are provided strictly for organizing educational and collaborative workflows directly tied to the platform.
Prohibition of CRM Use: The Examinest calendar is not authorized to be used as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, external client database, sales pipeline tracker, or for storing general commercial marketing and non-platform related business contacts.
Exclusive Platform Purpose: Calendar entries, reminders, and notes are restricted exclusively to managing Examinest-associated work, exam creation schedules, project timelines, and internal platform tasks between Business/Ultimate accounts and their associated creators.
We reserve the right to monitor compliance with this limitation and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that misuse platform storage and scheduling tools for unauthorized CRM or external business tracking activities.
